The Chito Ryu curriculum is very well thought out… and it is an Okinawan style.

You learn the root of the techniques within Chito Ryu.

Chitose Sensei trained with and was good friends with most of the top masters we know of like Chojun Miyagi, Aragaki Seisho, Funakoshi Gichin(Pre-Shotokan) and many others.

His knowledge of the body was, in my opinion, advanced – being that he was a Doctor of Obstetrics. He had in-depth knowledge of anatomy. On top of what he learned from some of the greatest karateka in history.

He’s also a descendent of the Royal Bodyguards… an Aristocrat.
